If you are heading to The Disneyland Resort for Thanksgiving, here's what they are offering for dinner. Keep in mind that restaurants that require reservations might be unavailable. Village Haus
On the run in Disneyland park, try the special holiday sandwich at Village Haus: grilled chicken topped with roasted mushrooms, Swiss cheese, arugula and basil-roasted garlic-Parmesan aioli. Add a slice of pumpkin pie. (Nov 8 – Jan 5)
Redd Rockett’s Pizza Port
Fresh roasted turkey pizza with craisins, mozzarella, Parmesan, fresh sage and white sauce. (Nov 8 – Jan 5)
Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante
Authentic chicken tamales are on the holiday menu at in Frontierland at Disneyland park. (Nov 8 – Jan 5)
Blue Bayou Restaurant
Slow-roasted turkey roulade with truffle chicken liver fig stuffing, roasted garlic Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, Cognac turkey jus and cranberry jelly. (Thanksgiving day only)
Café Orleans
The turkey crepe stuffed with diced turkey, butternut squash, cipollini onions and peas with a side of giblet stuffing, cranberry coulis and orange oil. (Thanksgiving day only)

An old-fashioned turkey dinner at Wine Country Trattoria at Disney California Adventure park: herb-roasted turkey with garlic mashed potatoes, focaccia stuffing, haricot vert and orange cranberry relish. (Thanksgiving day only)

Olaf's Frozen Ice Rink is now open is Downtown Disney Winter Village. The Ice Rink is located between AMC Downtown Disney 12 Theatres, ESPN Zone and The Earl Of Sandwich.  
 
 
 
 
The Winter Village also offers a  a small collection of “shopping chalets.”

There's something for everyone. You can stay warm, pick up a few gifts and have a quick snack.
 
Ghirardelli also has a chalet, which offers nice warm hot chocolate.

Don't be afraid of going out and Ice Skate with your kids. We all fall down.

Upgrade to Disney Animation Building

   The Lobby of the Disney Animation building was recently upgraded with new with digital projections.

Nice clear and brighter projections that look amazing. Here are a few pictures.

This week The View is broadcasting from Disneyland. Barbara Walters, Whoopi Goldberg, Sherri Shepherd, Jenny McCarthy and guest co-host Demi Lovato are set up in front of the castle.
